Intake
You will complete an Intake form when arriving for the first time! Please have your Medical aid info, ID number and contact numbers available.
Reports
Reports cannot be claimed from medical aids. Clients are responsible to request reports from the practice and reports will only be released after payment is done.
Cancellation of sessions
Sessions scheduled and not cancelled 24 hours before the session, will be charged.
Claims to medical aids
The practice claims directly from medical aids. Clients will be informed if medical aids have rejected claims.
All medical aids do not send statements to the practice after payments are done. Please follow up with your medical aid and inform the practice.
If you do not want the practice to claim from your medical aid, please make a note on the Intake form.

Sessions are 60-80 minutes.
Fees:
Private clients: R650-00 per session.
The practice gives the option to make monthly payments as arranged with the office. Feel free to negotiate this option.
Medical aid clients: R700-00 per session.
The practice claims directly from Medical aids.
Statements will be sent the end of each month via e-mail and payments can be made directly into the bank account:

- How much your symptoms of distress interfere with day-to-day life
- How much support you receive from family members and others
